Shipping and Return Policy
Due to the high demand and limited availability of the Milton Menasco x Tenlea Hunter x Stetson Star Hats we are not able to accept returns on the hats. We will honor size exchanges if available. All shipping fees on the hats are responsibility of the customer.
ONLINE RETURN POLICY
- This policy DOES NOT apply to "Special Edition" or "Exclusive" items which are FINAL SALE as noted above.
- We are pleased to offer a refund in the original form of payment for online purchases, items must be returned and received back in-store within 21 days upon original receipt. Shipping and handling fees are not refundable.
- FREE return shipping label is provided upon request.
- Shoes and hats must be returned in the original shoe box, free of shipping labels.
- Undergarments & items marked as FINAL SALE may not be returned.
- In order to be returned, items must not be worn, washed, altered, or damaged.
- Special order items are NOT refundable, if you place a special order and want to return it you will be offered store credit for the item or a gift card.
- All original tags must be attached and items must be packaged securely to prevent damage.

International orders DO NOT qualify for free shipping promotions.
Please note: We are not responsible for your countries customs handling, duties or any taxes on your international order. You may be invoiced separately by your customs office for these additional charges. Any additional customs fees are completely separate from your payment to Tenlea Hunter and will be collected at the time of delivery by the carrier or invoiced from your customs office.
